Curious how SurvivorLink can help you?

10/3/2018

Childhood cancer survivors are often cared for by a team of providers.  Cancer SurvivorLink is an electronic personal health record controlled by survivors and their families that can help you manage your healthcare across these providers.

On SurvivorLink, you can securely STORE your  survivor healthcare plan and other key health documents and electronically SHARE your health records with your providers, regardless of where they practice.  SurvivorLink also has a library of educational material and resources for you and your family to LEARN about the life-long healthcare needs of cancer survivors.

Watch this video to learn more about survivor care and how SurvivorLink can help you manage your healthcare.
